Our Mission

Having direct access to producers of quality product is an advantage for our marketing teams. Our sourcing strength increases our flexibility and provides security of supply; affording us valuable market insight. We purchase and process additional products as required from smaller operators that do not enjoy the same economies of scale.

Working with different third-party suppliers further allows us a comprehensive oversight of our supply chain; affording us a better understanding of the balance between supply and demand in our markets.

Products

  • Our middle distillates trading operation covers jet fuel, diesel and gas oil. Our teams lease storage globally and use tankage to blend products to local specifications and premium-priced fuels. We trade the full range of distillates, from low to high sulphur.

  • Fuel oil, which is distilled from crude oil and often left as residue during the refining process, refers to a range of the least volatile and heaviest of the commercially used fuels.

    Some 10% of fuel oil produced is used to power large ships. A further 15% is used for heating and the remainder is used by refineries as feedstock for further upgrading.

  • We source, store, blend and deliver cost-effective gasoline solutions to customers worldwide. Within the gasoline trading team, we have an active market presence in aromatics, primarily as a blending component. We supply customers worldwide with the specification appropriate for their jurisdiction.

  • A core focus of our trading operations is trading in marine fuels that are IMO 2020 compliant for sulphur limits but which have better performance characteristics as a result of our expertise. We deal in MDO, MGO, VLSFO.

  • We procure feedstock for our own petrochemical facility, as well as trade in different process oil and chemical feedstock for others.
